My grandma was staying here and It's not the best looking place but there was some friendly nurses. I also got to met a young activity staff name Estefany who was really friendly and persuade my grandma to join activities. She explained throughly the activities they conducted. It's an okay facility, AC hardly is working on summer time. There were a couple of nurses that were not very welcoming but all in all it was ok. Parking is horrible!

My sister was admitted to Country Villa on July 2, 2017. I was very nervous at first, because this was very new to my family. After taking a visit to this location, i was very impressed and happy with the nurses, admin staff and others. But the facility itself is very nice and well kept. I would recommend this facility to anyone needed this kind of assistance. I am there daily, checking on my sister. Upon walking into this facility, the nice fresh aroma hits me every time. My sister is happy clean and learning to walk and talk again with the help of the physical therapists. I'm really impressed. Thank you Country Villa for being a great facility.
Place is always clean. And it doesn't smell like a convalescent Center. It does need better lighting at night for the parking lot. The customer liaison does wonders , for the families and patients at the facility. And that admission team works ,great to accommodate the needs of patients. Rowena helped our family, with our grandfather to get situated at the center, and also made sure that our families met the wonderful staff there, and provided us with her cell phone. If any questions arised. Anna case manager also provided great customer service. ... please do not judge the Center by its surroundings or neighborhood. Walk-in.. ask questions. I did. And I don't regret it!!!! my grandfather. Got better.. and was able to do his physical therapy and occupational therapy there. And got to go home with our family. Thank soooo very much CV Reb...
